Our high tech homecare delivery service is managed by the Operational Team. All deliveries are made by own drivers who are fully trained in the requirements of homecare deliveries, including patient sensitivity and confidentiality. The same driver will be assigned to individual patients, therefore ensuring continuity of service. The main components of the delivery service are:

• All drivers subject to enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Check (CRB)
• Unmarked vehicles to maintain confidentiality
• Drivers wear uniform at all times and carry photographic ID
• Driver training programme
• Flexible delivery times within agreed timeframe
• Drivers able to communicate with Calea Patient Services via mobile phone

At the time of delivery our Calea driver will complete a Driver Checklist. Responses will be collated to provide a delivery audit trail.
