At Calea we always operate within clearly defined protocols, which are agreed with local healthcare professionals following patient referral. Overall clinical responsibility for the patient remains with the referring clinical team, at all times.

Our aim is to ensure patients follow a ‘seamless journey of care’ from referral to management of clinical care.
