At Calea, patients can have complete trust in our promise to deliver a patient-focussed service, delivering the right product to the right place at the right time; whether it be at the patient’s home, an alternative address or a holiday destination.
Deliveries are made by our own drivers who are fully trained in the requirements of homecare deliveries, including patient sensitivity and confidentiality. The same driver will be assigned to individual patients, therefore ensuring continuity of service.
The delivery service ensures:
- Drivers are subject to enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Checks (CRB)
- Unmarked vehicles to maintain confidentiality
- Drivers carry photographic ID
- Flexible delivery times within agreed timeframe
- Drivers able to communicate with Calea Patient Services via mobile phone
