At Calea, we recognise that change can be stressful for patients

Journey of Care

We will always work in partnership with the Trust to implement a seamless transfer of care for the patient when they are discharged from hospital back home. 

At Calea, we are able to manage both small and large contract implementation with minimum disruption and in a safe, efficient and timely manner. 

Additional Support

As part of the Calea service, we offer the following additional support to patients:

  • 24-hour advice line manned by our nurses
  • Nursing team available 7 days a week
  • Holiday service in the UK & abroad (including air-freight arrangements for drugs and medical equipment)
  • Home assessment, education and installation visits
  • Fast and efficient replacement service of electrical equipment, i.e. pumps
  • Waste collection service
  • Key-holding service
