Aseptic Specials Manufacturing
Calea is the home to the UK’s largest commercial state-of the art aseptic unit holding the necessary MHRA, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation
This ASU manufacturing unit enables us to accommodate the needs of the home care market, providing cost efficiencies and sustainability of manufacturing both now and in the future.
Our operational centre of excellence holds an MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency) “specials licence” for the preparation of ready to use pharmaceutical products.
The service includes:
- Standard or tailor made parenteral nutrition regimens for adult and paediatric patients
- IV medication in a range of infusion devices
- Comprehensive technical support and an out of hours advice line
