Change Management

Following a successful contract award, we at Calea understand that a robust changeover programme would be agreed with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless implementation of the new contract. The objective is to provide a smooth transfer or progression onto our homecare service for patients with minimal disruption to all involved.

We have extensive experience with change management and work closely to develop an implementation plan to ensure minimal disruption to all involved. We recognise and understand how change affects patients and carers, we aim to minimise this by working with relevant Trust personnel to formulate an implementation group made up of key representatives from the Trust and our internal teams.

At Calea we are aware of the anxieties that can be experienced by patients and families in relation to change. It is with this in mind that we have developed a patient focussed changeover plan that is completed in a time sensitive manner with the emphasis being on the patient.
