We believe that every patient has the right to receive effective, personal homecare that is based on their individual needs. Patients with on-going healthcare needs are allocated a dedicated patient care co-ordinator and delivery driver which enables them to build a strong relationship ensuring continuity of care. The expertise provided by the Patient Services Team focuses on the needs of individual patients.
We believe it is vital to incorporate the views of patients and carers into our service developments. Regular patient satisfaction surveys, completed at a local and national level enable us to respond to suggestions of service improvements.
